Well, Sis has had her baby girl, one Judy Ryoko Ball, so that makes me an honest-to-goodness uncle. I know, I’m just as shocked and amazed as you are. Still, a big congrats goes out to John and Christine on their new blessing. (And by “blessing” I mean “bundle of joy and trouble.” Heh.)
Judy missed sharing a birthday with her maternal grandfather by just a single day, too…

I’m probably not the first to say this, but anyway…
Who’s up for a game of Judy Ball? Hit me, I’m open!
Sorry about that.
*chuckle* Ryoko eh? As long as she doesn’t think to do the blue spikey hair when she’s a teenager bit…
I am just curious what kanji you are using for her name — The kanji used in Tenchi means something like “summoned mountain demon” so it may not be the best kanji to use for a person (besides — the kanji is more like a word and less like a name)
The most common kanji for Ryoko means “good child”
This information brought to you by my mother, since I am staying at her house right now 🙂
Your neice and my sister share a name. Oi.
yeah, well, her daddy probably wouldn’t mind that much…trust me…and do you know how hard it was to find the correct spelling of that name? I at least have some confidence that it is spelled like it would be in Japan.
