Well, they went and did it. Mari and Doug are joined together, yadda yadda yadda. The ceremony started a bit late, and there was something critical to deal with on a fairly regular basis to make it all happen, but all things considered it was one of the better events of its type I’ve been to. I chalk that up to being in some of the best company to be found, anywhere.

Yes, I did cry. Just a little bit.

Mind you, I also had to bite my knuckle to keep from laughing out loud once I recognized Mari’s choice of processional music…
