Rex on a Pair of Shoes
Post tagged: RexI went through a series of Dansko-brand work shoes over the course of a few years. In this case, a pair I’d only purchased a few weeks prior had started to come apart at the seams, so after some negotiation they agreed to swap out the defective pair for a fresh set of replacements. I was so happy when the new shoes arrived that I put a duck on them.
