		<description>Cyberwolfe, to answer your question, right before I googled &quot;Ball and Chain&quot; I was monkeying around with a program the &lt;b&gt;Gray&lt;/b&gt;duck had made for a machine running Linux, that&#039;s used to display song titles on our radio station&#039;s Web site. Now neither myself, the Googler nor the &lt;b&gt;Gray&lt;/b&gt;duck have worked in cable. Though, we have flipped quite a few pancakes together (at a previous job) and problem have stolen enough cable (back in the day - when we were hoodlums) to be put away for a couple lifetimes.</description>
