As for threaded mode in SMS: Settings, System tab, Text Messaging. :)</description>

		<description>Hi, I&#039;ve upgraded a few phones now (as well as hard-resetting a few 6800&#039;s even before the 6.1 upgrade) and this is a pretty common problem with that phone... sometimes a reprogram (*228 option 1) fixes it but often times I just have to call Verizon and have them fix it on their end... a couple times that even meant that we had to manually program the phone... very annoying.

Anyway, just wanted to let you know you&#039;re not alone!

Now I just need to figure out how to turn off threaded SMS on one of the phones... sigh...</description>
